A Área de Benestar, Saúde e Deporte dispón de tres abonos diferentes que permiten facer un uso regular das súas instalacions: Abono básico (vestiarios, taquillas e pista de atletismo), Abono Muver (salas de fitness, actividades dirixidas, pista de atletismo, descontos nas escolas deportivas e nos servizos de saúde...) e Abono Ponte en Forma (todas as vantaxes do abono Muver e seguimento técnico e ´medico deportivo personalizado).   • Actividades de fitness para persoas aboadas

  • Escolas deportivas

 

No espírito da Área de Benestar, Saúde e Deporte está achegar á comunidade universitaria modalidades deportivas que non sempre tiveron ao seu alcance co obxectivo de introducir hábitos deportivos saudables afastados das tradicionais prácticas de deporte competitivo. A Área de Benestar, Saúde e Deporte organiza un amplo abano de actividades no medio natural que van dende as actividades no medio acuático do programa Augaventura ou aos deportes extremos de aventura.   • Outras actividades

 

A Área de Benestar, Saúde e Deporte organiza diferentes actividades deportivas de carácter formativo sobre todo no ámbito das competencias transversais como o traballo en equipo o liderado, as habilidades sociais ou a aprendizaxe de idiomas ... O obxectivo das mesmas é “aprender facendo”, superando retos en forma de dinámicas divertidas e motivantes, facendo uso das habilidades persoais, destrezas físicas, creatividade e capacidade de traballo, nun tempo limitado.   • Subscriptions

 

The Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department has available three different subscriptions which let us make a regular use of its facilities: Athletics pass, Muvers pass and the Get Fit Pass. Check all the information in the following LINK.

 

Personalised pysical exercice: Ponte en Forma program

 

The Ponte en Forma program allows to have access to a quadrimestral plan of personalised physical exercise based on the physical condition and the objectives of each user. The person will count on a technical and medical check that will allow him/her to adapt the exercise program to the achieved progress.

  • Fitness activities for subscribers

 

The subscribers to the Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department or with a timely multisport ticket could enjoy different fitness activities in each of the Campus. These activities are led by a specialist and are they free of charge.

 

  • Sports School

 

One of the main objectives of the Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department is to bring closer to the university community sports that the students could not always practiced.   •  Activities in a rural environment

 

The Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department organizes a big range of activities in the rural environment that goes from routes on foot, activities of the program Augaventura that are related with the aquatic world or extreme sports.   • Training activities

 

The Wellbeing, Health and Sports Department organizes different sport training activities, specially in the area of comprehensive competences like work in team or leaded work. The aim of all this is “to learn by doing”, overcoming challenges through dynamic and motivated activities, making use of the personal and physical skills, creativity and work capacity during a limited period of time.
