A Universidade de Vigo, dende o ano 2002, forma parte de ENAS. Rede Europea de Servizos Deportivos Universitarios.

 

  •  A 17ª Conferencia de Enas

O Servizo de Deportes asistirá á 17ª conferencia anual da rede en novembro de 2014 na University of Lille 1 , cuxo título é: "Innovation: maximise your potential".

 

  •  A anterior conferencia de Limerick:

A 16ª conferencia anual da ENAS (European Network of Academic Sport Services) foi organizada este ano pola University of Limerick (Irlanda) entre o 6 e o 10 de novembro.

As persoas participantes en Limerick traballaron durante 3 dias sobre o lema xeral da conferencia que nesta ocasión foi "¿Cómo marcar a diferencia?" en aspectos tan diversos como o financiamento, a comunicación, a promoción da saúde e do benestar ou o recoñecemento académico do deporte universitario.

Conferencias, talleres, grupos de traballo, exemplos de boas prácticas, etc. tiveron por obxectivo proporcionar ás persoas asistentes ferramentas prácticas para lograr mellorar a xestión no día a día dos seus Servizos Deportivos Universitarios. 

 

  • Programa Cultural e Social:

A conferencia tamén contou cunha importante dose de actividades de carácter social e cultural como puido ser a "Asbjorn Cup" que permitiu ás persoas participantes experimentar novos formatos e novas actividades deportivas ademais de promover o intercambio social e cultural entre as universidades participantes nun ámbito máis informal e relaxado.

 

  • A Asemblea Xeral:

A rede ENAS (European Network of Academic Sport Services) celebrou tamén durante a súa estancia en Limerick a súa Asemblea Xeral na cal foi elixida como nova presidenta a irlandesa Michelle Tanner, do Trinity College of Dublin, en substitución do portugués Duarte Lopes, da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, que remataba o seu mandato. Nesta mesma asemblea Javier Rial, responsable do Servizo de Deportes da Universidade de Vigo, acadou a súa continuidade como membro do Comité Executivo da ENAS.

O mandato de Duarte Lopes remata deixando a ENAS na mellor situación da súa historia, integrada por máis de 100 universidades de máis de 20 países europeos diferentes e unha solvente situación económica.

Since 2002, the University of Vigo is part from ENAS (European Network of Academic Sports Service).

 

  • 16th ENAS conference

 

The Sports Service attended the 16th annual conference of the network in which Javier Rial was re-elected as a member of its Executive Committee.

 

  • Limerick Conference

 

The 16th annual conference of the ENAS (European Network of Sport Academic Services) was organized this year by the University of Limerick (Ireland) between the 6th and 10th of November.

 

Participants worked in Limerick for 3 days on the theme of the general conference which this time was "How to mark the difference?" about diverse aspects as finance, communication, health and welfare promotion or academic recognition of university sport.

 

Conferences, workshops, working groups, examples of good practices,… aimed to provide for those present some tools to have a better management in their day to day work at the Academic Sports Service.

 

  • Cultural and social program

 

The conference also included a significant amount of cultural and social activities as “Asbjorn Cup” that allowed participants to try new formats and new sports activities and encourages the social and cultural exchange among the participating universities in an informative and relaxed atmosphere.

 

  • General Assembly

 

The network ENAS (European Network of Sport Academic Services) also celebrated during its stay in Limerick, their General Assembly where was elected as a new Irish president called Michelle Tanner, of the Trinity College of Dublin, in place of the Portuguese Duarte Lopes of the Technical University of Lisbon, ending her mandate. In this same assembly, Javier Rial, head of Sports Services at the University of Vigo, still continue its membership of the Executive Committee of the ENAS.

 

The mandate of Duarte Lopes ends leaving ENAS in the best situation of its history, composed of more than 100 universities in more than 20 different European countries and with a solvent economic situation.

The 17th annual conference of ENAS will take place in Lille (France) in November 2014 and will be organized by the University of Lille 1.

XUNTANZA DE ENAS NA UNIVERSIDADE DE VIGO / MEETING ENAS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF VIGO

Durante a International Training Week 2013, tivo lugar por primeira vez na Universidade de Vigo unha xuntanza de ENAS (European Network of Academic Sports Services ou Rede Europea de Servizos de Deporte Académicos).



>Presentación:
O 8 e o 9 de Maio de 2013 houbo unha xuntanza do Comité Executivo de ENAS na Universidade de Vigo.


>Que é ENAS? 

A European Network of Academic Sports Services é unha organización non gubernamental fundada en 1997 co obxectivo de fomentar o desenvolvemento do deporte en institucións de educación superior.

Actualmente pertencen a esta organización máis de cen universidades de vinte países diferentes, como Alemaña, Bélxica, Croacia, España, Eslovenia, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Holanda, Irlanda, Israel, Lituania, Noruega, Portugal, Reino Unido, Suecia, Suíza ou Turquía.

Dende o comezo ENAS organizou unha xuntanza anual onde se evalúa a situación do deporte na universidade, promociónase o recoñecemento  dos Servizos de Deporte académicos en Europa e intercámbianse experiencias de diferentes países no ámbito da recreación, a saúde, a cultura ou a educación física. A vindeira xuntanza terá lugar na Universidade de Lille en novembro de 2014. 


>A Universidade de Vigo como membro de ENAS:
Universidade de Vigo comezou a participar en ENAS en 2002. Dende ese momento ven desenvolvendo un papel activo asistindo a diferentes reunións, conferencias e actividades organizadas ao longo de todos estos anos.

>Obxectivos da xuntanza:
- Analizar o funcionamento xeral da rede
- Discutir cuestións relacioandas coa vindeira xuntanza anual de Limerick (Irlanda).
- Especificar os proxectos actuais, como o Programa de Intercambio de ENAS e o Programa de Bolsas.

>O comité executivo:
O Comité Executivo de ENAS está actualmente formado por nove membros: Duarte Lopes, Bill Thompson, Bertrand Robert, Rob Cuppen, Stephane Stievenart, Michelle Tanner, Marika Lempinen, Javier Rial Boubeta e Jörg Föster.

>Implicación na International Administrative and Teaching Staff Training Week:
Os membros do Comité Executivo de ENAS participan tamén na International Training Week, que tivo lugar na Universidade de Vigo dende o 6 ata o 10 de maio de 2013. Esto asegurou que Duarte Lopes (Presidente de ENAS), Bill Thompson (Vicepresidente) e Jörg Forster poideran participar como oradores no evento, mentras que outros membros do Comité poden gozaron dunha participación activa nos diversos talleres incluídos no programa.

During the International Training Week of 2013 took place for the first time at the University of Vigo, a meeting ENAS (European Network of Academic Sports Services or the European Network of Sport Academic Services)

 

>Presentation 

On May 8th and 9th 2013, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the ENAS University of Vigo will be organized.

 

>What is ENAS?

The European Network of Academic Sports Services is a non-governmental organization founded in 1997 with the aim of promoting the development of sports in higher education institutions.

Currently, belong to this organization over a hundred universities twenty different countries, such as Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland or Turkey.

Since the beginning ENAS organized an annual meeting where they evaluate the situation of the sport at the university, it promotes the recognition of academic services Sport in Europe and exchanges experiences of different countries in the aim of recreation, health, culture or physical education. The next meeting will take place at the University of Limerick on November 2013.

 

> The University of Vigo as a member of ENAS:

The University of Vigo began to participate in ENAS in 2002. Since that time, it has developed an active role by attending various meetings, conferences and activities organized throughout all those years.

 

> Objectives of the meeting:

- Analyse the general functioning of the network

- Discuss questions related to upcoming annual meeting of Limerick (Ireland).

- Specify the current projects, such as the exchange program ENAS and the Scholarship Program.

 

> The executive committee:

The Executive Committee of ENAS is currently composted of nine members: Duarte Lopes, Bill Thompson, Bertrand Robert, Rob Cuppen, Stephane Stievenart, Michelle Tanner, Marika Lempinen, Javier Rial Boubeta and Jörg Föster.

 

 

> Involvement in International Administration and Teaching Staff Training Week:

The members of the Executive Committee of ENAS also participate in the International Training Week, which will take place at the University of Vigo from May 6th to 10th 2013. This ensures that Duarte Lopes (President ENAS), Bill Thompson (Vice President) and Jörg Forster can participate as speakers at the event, while the other members of the Committee can enjoy the active participation in the various workshops included in the program.
